- 2 Filet Mignon
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 4 sprigs Fresh Organic Rosemary
- 4 springs Fresh Organic Thyme
Rub Filets with a light coat of olive oil and season all sides generously with salt and pepper. Melt Butter in a pan with fresh rosemary and thyme over medium-high heat. Sear filets for 5-6 minutes on the first side and 3-4 minutes on the second side; basting periodically with Herb Butter. Remove from heat and rest 5-10 minutes.
